Semaglutide tracker

Semaglutide reaches people as Ozempic and Wegovy pens, Rybelsus tablets and compounded vials. PeptideLab tracks all of them, and for a vial it does the arithmetic: how many units to draw for your dose, and how many doses are left.

How PeptideLab tracks Semaglutide

Units on your syringe

Enter the milligrams in the vial and the water you added. PeptideLab shows each dose as units on a U-100, U-50 or U-30 syringe, and the Vault counts down what is left.

Microdoses and custom schedules

Any amount, any interval: weekly, twice weekly or every few days. The schedule fills itself in and reminders follow it.

How much is in your system

From the doses you log and semaglutide's published half-life (about 7 days), PeptideLab draws an estimate of your level over time: where it is now, whether it is rising or falling, and when a steady weekly pattern is reached.

Compare with a study (Pro)

Lay a published semaglutide arm, such as STEP 1 at 2.4 mg or SUSTAIN 1 at 0.5 and 1 mg, over your own curve.

Injection site rotation

Every shot lands on a body map. The next site is suggested from the ones you used last, across every protocol you run.

Weight, side effects and a daily check-in

Weight is tracked from the first dose, alongside nausea, appetite, sleep and energy, so you can see how each change in dose lines up with how you feel.

Questions

How do I convert semaglutide mg to units?

It depends on the vial's concentration. PeptideLab works it out from the milligrams in the vial and the water you added, and the free calculator on this site does the same math in a browser.

Can I track compounded semaglutide and an Ozempic pen in the same app?

Yes. Each is its own protocol with its own schedule and history, so a switch from one to the other is on the record.

Does PeptideLab tell me what dose of semaglutide to take?

No. You enter the dose you and your clinician decided on, and PeptideLab keeps the record. It is a tracking tool and does not give medical advice.

Where is my data stored?

On your phone first. Cloud backup is optional, there are no ads, and PeptideLab never sells data. You can export everything as CSV at any time, free.
