GLP-1

GLP-1 tracker

PeptideLab tracks every GLP-1 people actually use: Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza and Trulicity by name, plus compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide drawn from a vial in syringe units. Log a shot in a few taps and see what it adds up to.

How PeptideLab tracks GLP-1s

Pens and vials, each their own way

Pick a brand and the dose choices match its pens. Use a compounded vial and PeptideLab works out the draw in units on your syringe from the mix you made.

Titration steps when they are due

Set your step-up schedule once. When the next step comes around, the log sheet offers it, and you decide whether to take it.

How much is in your system

From the doses you log and each medication's published half-life (about a week for semaglutide, about five days for tirzepatide), PeptideLab draws an estimate of your level over time: where it is now, whether it is rising or falling, and when a steady weekly pattern is reached.

Injection site rotation

Every shot lands on a body map. The next site is suggested from the ones you used last, across every protocol you run.

Weight, side effects and a daily check-in

Weight is tracked from the first dose, alongside nausea, appetite, sleep and energy, so you can see how each change in dose lines up with how you feel.

Compare with a study (Pro)

Draw a published trial arm, such as STEP 1 for semaglutide or SURMOUNT-1 for tirzepatide, beside your own curve to see how your schedule compares.

Questions

Which GLP-1 medications can I track?

Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza and Trulicity can be picked by name, and compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide can be tracked from a vial. Anything else can be added as a custom compound.

Can I track a compounded GLP-1 in units?

Yes. Enter how much is in the vial and how much water you added, and PeptideLab shows each dose as units on your syringe and keeps count of what is left in the vial.

Does PeptideLab tell me what dose of a GLP-1 to take?

No. You enter the dose you and your clinician decided on, and PeptideLab keeps the record. It is a tracking tool and does not give medical advice.

Where is my data stored?

On your phone first. Cloud backup is optional, there are no ads, and PeptideLab never sells data. You can export everything as CSV at any time, free.
